Hope im posting it in the right section since im using windows 10. Note windows media player supports the most common media file formats. I used to upload the attachment from canvas app to crm using base64string format and it was worked fine earlier. If your text doesn�t need a text qualifier, don�t include this property. I�ve tried opening the images using other photos viewers as well as the default window�s photo viewer but to no avail. All we need to do is to locate the file that we need and insert it.
